System Disassembly

1. Put unit into by-pass

2. Remove cover

3. Depressurize system

Depress and turn actuator clockwise.

4. Disconnect and remove by-pass

5. Disconnect brine line and drain line

6. Remove brine valve

7. Remove salt

8. Remove valve

9. Unbolt valve

Unbolt using 1/4" nut driver.

10. Keep nuts secure to base

11. Remove cap

12. Disassemble cap components
