*SRE
Sets the service request enable register.
The service request enable register can be used to select which summary messages
in the status byte register will perform service requests.
To clear the service request enable register, send *SRE 0. If the register is cleared,
service requests cannot be generated using status information.

Value: 0 to 255
Example: Sending *SRE8 sets bit 3 of the service request enable register. Each time
the summary bit (bit 3) of the QUEStionable status register in the status byte is set, a
service request message is generated.
