engage the Clutch Disengage Knob by turning it back 90° letting the split pin rest in the deeper groove 

of the clutch housing.  

NOTE: 

In some instances the Clutch Disengage Knob will not fully set back into the 

groove. This is due to the pin resting on the bar on the Clutch Dog located behind the sprocket. Once the tur-
bine is engaged, the sprocket will begin turning and the Clutch Disengage Knob will drop into its full oper-
ating position.

 

 

Rotate  the    Pawl  Stop Plate out from  underneath  the  Anti  Return  Pawl   handle.  The Anti  Return  Pawl  will 
now be in its proper operating position.

 

Pull and rotate Clutch Disengage 
Knob 90° to engage drive system

 

Rotate Pawl Stop Plate to release   
the Anti Return Pawl handle

Pull the handle on the Shut Off Bar slightly back then simultaneously push down on the Shut off Hold Out 

handle. Slowly release the Shut Off Bar handle to begin water flow through the turbine  runner.

 

Pull back Shut Off Bar Handle

 

Push down on the Shut Off Hold Out handle and 
SLOWLY release the Shut Off Bar Handle
