NOTE:
In some circumstances, there will be pressure on
both the Clutch Disengage Knob and the Anti Re-
turn Pawl causing difficulty with disengaging the
drive system. To relieve pressure, turn the Hand
Wheel clockwise slightly.

Disengage the drive system by pulling out the Clutch Disengage Knob, twisting 90° and letting the split pin
rest in the groove in the clutch housing.
Next, disengage the Anti Return Pawl by lifting the handle of the pawl and rotating the
Pawl Stop Plate under the handle. Ensure the Pawl Stop Plate is fully under the Anti
Return Pawl handle.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL THIS STEP BE DONE PROPERLY!
Failure to do so
WILL
re-
sult in
SEVERE DAMAGE
to the machine
Lift Anti Return Pawl
Rotate Pawl Stop
Plate under handle
Pull out Clutch Disengage
Knob and rotate 90°
Warning!
Stand clear of the Machine and the Gun Cart
while the tube is being pulled out.
