Driver Installation and Commands

Remote USB commands

You need to perform the following steps in order to perform 
remote USB commands with the V3500A.

1

Set the serial number in the software. The numerical 
serial number of the V3500A will be used as the 
instrument unique address for communication and can be 
found underneath the barcode on the back panel of the 
V3500A or displayed using the menu button (see 

“How to 

navigate the menu system” on page 13

).

2. Initialize the V3500A.
