The 86100DU-400 software is required only for testing the CEI 11G-SR (Short Reach) interface, 

when running the Jitter Transfer Bandwidth, 11G-SR and Jitter Transfer Peaking, 11G-SR tests.

NOTE

The 86100DU-401 or N109X-401 software is required only for testing the CEI 6G and CEI 11G 

interfaces, when you select a PRBS31 pattern length when testing jitter.
