Send an email message to csg.support@keysight.com . Provide the License
Manager screen shot page you captured earlier, the oscilloscope’s model and
serial number from the rear panel of the scope, and the zip file you created
earlier.

From the oscilloscope desktop, launch the Infiniium application. When the
application is active, perform a scope self-test ( Utilities > Self Test... ).
