Now add a DSRC instrument (this is only required for 802.11P MAC, 1609.2/3/4
and SAEJ2945/1 tests, and not for the 802.11P PHY tests).

Adding a DSRC instrument
Optionally, a Keysight M9155C RF Switch can be added into the system to allow
for dynamic switching of the Receive and Transmit paths. This is particularly
useful if the Tx/Rx paths are configured with different attenuation settings. When
the RF Switch instrument is present in the system, the ability to explicitly select
the RF connectors (RF IN/OUT/HD) to the VXT is not available as each test case
will configure the VXT settings and route the RF switch path dynamically.
