Instrument Software

 Download

Instrument Software Installation

The instrument software, which includes the soft front panel (SFP), device drivers 
(IVI-C and IVI.NET), and documentation for the M940xB and P939XA products, 
must be downloaded from Keysight's website.
Contact Keysight Support at 

www.keysight.com/find/assist

.

Use the following procedure to install the software:

1.

Launch the Keysight IO Libraries Suite installer and follow the prompts.

2.

Launch the Keysight M940x installer and follow the prompts.

3.

Restart the host PC.

4.

Save
