Power Up the System

i7090 System Installation

Power Up the System

Ensure that both Emergency Stop buttons (at the front and rear of the system)

are released.

Switch ON the Power On/Off switch at the rear of the system.

Switch ON the air pressure valve to start the air supply to the system.
Adjust the air regulator knob until the pressure gauge on the control panel

shows a reading that is between 4 and 6 bar (0.4 to 0.6 MPa).

Press the

Reset

button on the control panel.

Check that the controller and monitor are on.
