6.Assembly

  1. Rotating the Side Handle and

      Adjusting Stopper

For convenience in operation, assemble the side

handle at the front of too and perform.

Rotating the Side Handle

 

1. Turn the side handle counterclockwise to unfasten

the band and band holder.

2. Turn the side handle to a desired position.

3. Turn the side handle clockwise to completely 

fixed.

Adjusting Stopper Position

 

1. Press the button of stopper holder and insert the 

stopper into the band holder.

2. The knurled surface of the stopper must face on

one side.

3. Make adjustment such to let the stopper move 

into desired position. (When stopper is used, 

boring to the extent as clearance between the drill

bit and stopper is available.)

Left-hander should assemble the side handle in

reverse direction and position before starting 

operation.

  2. Attaching and Detaching Tool Bit

Attaching and Detaching SDS-plus Bit

 

1. Wipe the bit and insert clean and coat grease

before attaching it.

2. Check dust cover for clean. Change the dust over

with new one if it is broken and clean it.

3. After inserting the bit, turn to a position you hear

click.

4. After attaching the bit, test to pull into out to check

for firm attachment.

5. To detach the bit, turn the retainer in direction of

arrow and remove.

Changing the Drill Chuck

 

For drilling in wood, metal, ceramic and plastic as

well as or screw driving and thread cutting, a 

suitable drill chuck with SDS-plus shank must be

mounted. 

1. Wipe the bit and insert clean and coat grease

before attaching it.

2. Check dust cover for clean. Change the dust over

with new one if it is broken and clean it.

3. After inserting the drill chuck, turn to a position 

you hear click.

4. After attaching the drill chuck, test to pull into out

to check for firm attachment.

5. To detach the drill chuck, turn the retainer in

direction of arrow and remove.

7.Operating Instructions

  1. Changing rotational Direction

1. RIGHT ROTATION : Turn the reverse knob

    direction to the stop in position
2. LEFT ROTATION : Turn the reverse knob

    direction to the stop in Position

Be sure to change rotational direction only in static

condition.

Abuse changing operation may cause broken tool.
