1. Tool (Bull point)
When you use the worn bull point, it causes a burden on the motor. In result, the work
efficiency may be decreased. You must grind or change the bull point immediately.
2. Screws
Make sure screws in each part are set tightly at regular intervals. When screws are loose,
fasten them tightly.
3. Carbon brush
Disposable carbon brush is used in the motor. The
heavily worn carbon brush causes the trouble of the
motor.
When the length of the carbon brush is reached at
the wear tolerance line, change it with new carbon
brush.
Also, keep the carbon brush clean to be moved in
the brush holder freely.
4. Motor
The winding and commutator in the motor are the core of the hammer drill.
Do not scratch the surface of the winding and commutator in the motor, and do not apply oil
or water on it.

It is very dangerous for customers to troubleshoot or repair the tool for themselves. Contact
nearby A/S center (agencies) for solution.

2. How to supply oil (Model: KH-6500)
As the tool has the inside oiling tank, you can use it for 20 days without additional oil
supply (3~4 hours consecutive use a day). Supply oil in the oiling tank as follows.
(1) Supply oil before you cannot see oil in the raised oil gauge glass.
(2) Loosen the oil gauge with the spanner to supply oil. You should pay attention not
to lose the rubber packing in the below of the oil gauge.
(3) Make sure there is enough oil in the tool before use once a day.
(4) Fasten the oil gauge tightly after oil supply.
During oil supply, you must switch off and remove the plug from the power source.
You must keep the tool out of reach of children in dry place.

You must purchase the genuine parts in A/S centers authorized by Keyang
Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. for change. When you use the carbon brush
other than the genuine parts, the commutator may be worn rapidly. In result,
the life of the tool can be shortened.
