INSTRUMENT/SWITCH PANELS
All gauges are illuminated for operation after sunset. An explanation of
the instruments, switches, and controls follows. Their
number and location vary by model; some may not
appear on your model.
Tachometer
Registers engine speed in revolutions per minute.
Use this gauge to keep the engine within the proper
operating range. Consult the engine manual for the
proper RPM operating range for your engine.
Speedometer
Registers forward boat speed in miles per hour. Use
this gauge to monitor fuel consumption and propeller
performance.
● NOTE ●
Boats speedometers, which operate with water pressure,
may not be accurate.
Fuel Gauge
Registers approximate fuel level in the gas tank. The Ignition
switch must be in the RUN position to activate the gauge.
