Video output OFF
is indicated when the innermost (3, 4, 5, 6) LEDs are illuminated,
while the outermost (1, 2, 7, 8) are
NOT
illuminated

Factory default reset
is achieved by simultaneously holding the input select buttons 1&4 for 10
seconds

The matrix reboots after reset. The LEDs will ramp until reboot has completed
