7 Wichtige Hinweise – Aufstellen der Rutsche
7 Important information – Setting the Chute up
■
Select the position of the chute so that there is enough space for play (and for safety) bet-
ween the chute and other obiects (shaded area in Fig. 8).
■
Dig holes for the foundations as shown in Figs. 9 and 10.
■
Bolt the ground anchor to the ladder bars as shown in Fig. 12.
■
Set up and align the chute with the anchor in position (see Fig. 10). Support the chute fra-
me with suitable material. Fill the foundation holes for the ladder with concrete up to ap-
prox. 5 cm below the upper edge.
Important: break or round off the edges of the con-
crete foundation blocks (see Fig. 10).
■
Once the concrete has set fully, mark holes for the support bar in the concrete. Remove
the chute from the anchors (B) and place to the side.
■
Drill four dowel holes (diameter 10 x 50 mm deep) at the points marked in the concrete
base. Insert the dowels.
■
Bolt the chute to the anchors and the support bar (A) as shown in Figs. 11 and 12. Fill
the holes up with loose earth.

Den Standort der Rutsche so wählen, daß Spiel– und Sicherheitsbereiche (gerasterte
Flächen Bild 8) zu Hindernissen vorhanden sind.

Fundamentlöcher nach den Bildern 9 und 10 ausheben.
■
Bodenanker entsprechend Bild 12 an die Leiterholme schrauben.
■
Die Rutsche mit den angeschraubten Bodenankern (nach Bild 12) aufstellen und ausrich-
ten. Das Rutschengestell durch geeignetes Abstützmaterial unterbauen. Fundamentlöcher
im Leiterbereich bis 5 cm unter Oberkante Loch bzw. im Auslaufbereich bis Oberkante
Loch mit Beton ausgießen.
Wichtig:
Die Betonkanten der Fundamente abschrägen bzw.
runden (siehe Bild 10).

Nach Abbinden des Beton die Löcher des Stützfußes im Beton markieren (siehe Bild 11).
Die Rutsche von den Bodenankern (B) lösen und beiseite stellen. An den markierten Punk-
ten vier Dübellöcher ø 10 mm x 50 mm tief bohren und Dübel einsetzen.

Die Rutsche an den Bodenankern bzw. im Stützfuß (A), wie in den Bildern 11 bzw. 12
dargestellt, verschrauben und die Fundamentlöcher mit lockerem Erdreich auffüllen.
■
Choisir l'emplacement du toboggan en vous assurant qu'il y ait une zone de jeux et de
sécurité entre le toboggan et les obstacles (surface hachuree sur le croquis 8).
■
Creuser les trous de fondation selon les croquis 9 et 10.
■
Visser l'ancrage au sol aux montants de l'echelle selon le croquis 12.
■
Mettre en place et a juster le toboggan visse aux ancrages au sol selon le croquis 13. Le
