When playing a DVD
Repeat Playback
You can repeatedly playback to favorite track, title chapter or the entire disc.
REPEAT
When press the REPEAT key once display the current status.
Each press switches the repeat mode.

“REPEAT : CHAPTER” (“RPT.” lit)
Repeat the chapter currently playing.

“REPEAT : TITLE” (“RPT.” lit)
Repeat the title currently playing.

“REPEAT : OFF”
Turn off the repeat feature.
This function also is cancelled when the tray is opened.

VCD
When playing a CD or VCD
REPEAT

Repeat the current track.

Repeat all tracks.

When in VCD 2.0 mode (MENU ON mode), this function
does not work. (Operation becomes possible when the
MENU key is pressed and the P.B.C. display is extin-

Using the A-B repeat function
The A-B repeat function lets you mark a segment to
repeat between the beginning “A” and the end “B” of
the segment you want to review.

The A-B repeat function works on the same title, chapter
or track.

If the title or track is completed before marking the end
“B”, the end of title or track becomes “B” automatically.

Playback of discs
When the A-B key is pressed during A-B repeat
operation, A-B repeat is cancelled and return to
normal playback will be made.
