Symptom
Cause/Solution
Video corrupted or audio
disrupted while playing
Verify whether your PC meets requirements for the
recommended operating environment (P.31). Video or audio
might be disrupted if your PC is functionally deficient or any
other application is running.
Wrong own vehicle
position
GPS information may not be received properly, leaving the own
vehicle position out of sync depending on where the vehicle runs,
e.g., in a tunnel, under an elevated structure or along a street
between building, on GPS satellite conditions.
Wrong speed
Because the speed is derived from the vehicle speed information
on the navigation system, it may appear out of sync depending
on the status of sensor learning by the navigation system or GPS
satellite conditions.
Playing erratically
If any other application is running other than "KENWOOD DRIVE
REVIEWER", shut it down.
The displayed position
information and vehicle
speed do not change.
During navigation simulation, recording is performed but the
position information and vehicle speed do not change.
