ADJUSTMENT
1. Flicker adjustment

Adjustment procedure

Display luster white 30%~50%.

Place a

icker adjustment jig to the monitor and observe
the waveform with an oscilloscope.
e
Turn X35-494: VR200 and adjust to make the amplitude
of the waveform to minimum.
Oscilloscope range: 20mV, 0.5mS

In checking the screen after the adjustment, move the
monitor up and down in order to con
fi
rm that the screen
does not
fl
icker. (This check is also carried out on the 07
model.)

Noise due to AC200V can be observed in the
fl
icker ad-
justment jig and oscilloscope and thus carefully set up
the power supply and GND of the jig and oscilloscope.

In 07 model, GND of the measurement equipment has
been
fl
oated.
2. VCOM Amplitude and AGC and WB Au-
tomatic adjustments

Adjustment Method

Press Auto Adjust on the Test Mode Main screen.

After the automatic adjustment, “Auto Set OK” will be
shown to indicate the completion of the adjustment.

Screen Horizontal Position Adjustment OSD

Screen position adjustment key (HPOSI): Adjustment of
horizontal position from which the entire screen is dis-
played. (Default: 0)

Display range adjustment key (DOT_FREQ): Adjustment
of horizontal range in which the video is displayed. (De-
fault: 64)

Pixel adjustment key (DOT_PHASE): Adjustment of hori-
zontal position on which the pixel is displayed. (Default:
24)
In “DOT_PHASE” adjustment, do not set the value at 25
or larger but always set the value at lower than its default
value (24).
