Tool Operation

For Sausage Bag Application
(Plastic Plunger Disk must be applied – Fig 1)

1.

Cut a hole in one end of the sausage bag (Fig 2).

2.

Remove the front cap. Fit the nozzle inside the front cap and cut 
off the tip at a point suitable for the job (Fig 3).

3.

Insert the sausage bag into the compound holder.
Screw the front cap on tight. It is not necessary to pull back the 
rack by hand. Make sure the sausage bag is inserted properly 
and sit up right on the plastic plunger disk.

4.

Push the rear knob forward gently to force the rack tighten with 
the sausage bag.

For Cartridge Application
(Plastic Plunger Disk must be removed)

1.

Firstly untighten and remove the compound holder (Fig 5).

2.

Loosen M8 screw then remove the plastic plunger disk (Fig 6).

3.

Fit M8 screw back into the plunger disk and tighten it (Fig 7).

4.

Screw back on the compound holder then remove the front cap.

5.

Use a sharp knife to cut the tip of caulking tube at least 3 mm in 
diameter. This will allow the tool to provide an optimal seam 
width for most of applications (Fig 8).

6.

Use the sharp tip to jab the aluminum vela men on the caulking 
tube (Fig 9).

7.

If you use a open tube left from last time or the caulking tube 
has been left not use for more than one hour, use a steel wire to 
remove the solid part inside the tube before reuse it (Fig 10).

8.

Insert the cartridge into the compound holder. Screw the front 
cap on tight. The rack will directly go back. It is not necessary to 
pull back the rack by hand. Make sure the cartridge is inserted 
properly and sit up right on the steel head.

9.

Push the rack rear knob forward to force the rack tightened with 
cartridge.

10. Start with lower speed to not exert too much pressure on 

cartridge - it could otherwise break.
