TROUBLESHOOTING

GUIDE

Before calling for service, review this list. It may save you 

time and expense. This list includes common occurrences 

that are not the result of defective workmanship or materials 

in this appliance.

CONCERN

APPLIANCE OPERATION
Appliance does  

not run.

• 

Appliance is plugged 

into a circuit that has a 

ground fault interrupt.

Temperature control is

tripped circuit breaker.

Large amounts of

Turn control knob to a warmer 

setting. Allow several hours for the 

temperature to stabilize.

• 

Clean or change gasket. Leaks in 

door seal will cause appliance to 

run longer in order to maintain 

desired temperatures.

Pressing the “V“ or

” buttons on the 

control panel does not 

change the set points.

• 

Verify the control 

panel is not locked 

or in Sabbath mode.

• 

To unlock, press and hold the 

“set” button for 3 seconds; to exit 

Sabbath mode, press and hold 

“options” and “

5 seconds.

APPLIANCE TEMPERATURES
Interior temperature 

is too cold.

• Temperature Control 

is set too low.

 

 

• The unit is in Express 

Chill mode.

• 

Set control to a warmer setting. 

Allow several hours for temperature

Exit Express Chill mode by enter-

ing into the options menu on the 

control panel and pressing the 

“set” button once the indicator is 

highlighted next to “Express Chill”.
