“Fresh Milk” Milk Cooler
1.
Ensure the milk cooler is connected to the
mains electricity supply and that the supply
is switched ON.
2.
Insert the milk tube into the hole in the
machine.
3.
Press the ON/OFF switch and ensure the
“machine ON” and “high temperature” lights
illuminate.
4.
Wait for the “high temperature” light to
extinguish and the “temperature OK” light to
illuminate.
5.
Open the machine door and remove the milk
container. Ensure the milk container is clean.
Notes: 1. Use only fresh, chilled, semi-
skimmed milk in the milk container.
2. Never mix old and fresh milk; ensure
that the milk container is clean and
dry before replenishing.
3. For better cooling performance the
milk should be at a temperature of
approximately 5
o
C.
Remove the milk container lid and fill the
container with fresh, chilled, semi-skimmed milk.
Replace the lid.
Insert the milk tube into the hole in the milk container, ensuring it is totally immersed in the
milk.
Refit the milk container in the machine and close the door.
