DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTION OF THE PARTS
CROSS BLADE
FLAT BLADE
The cross blade is used to chop, grate and mix foods such as
onions, cheese, meat, frozen beverages, smoothies and fruit
juices. Never use the cross blade attachment without liquid, as
this can damage the blade. The blade of the hand blender also
has a durable and robust titanium coating.
The flat blade is for chopping nuts, vegetables,
spices, onions and garlic.
Both blades are made of SUS301. This is a corrosion-
resistant stainless steel. The two blade attachments are
not suitable for dishwasher cleaning. Clean them
immediately after use with lukewarm water and a little
washing-up liquid. Be careful when cleaning as there is a
risk of injury to the blades.
Make sure that the blade insert is always correctly inserted into
the container and that the lid lock engages correctly before it is
connected to the motor base.
SAFTY LOCK
SPEED DISPLAY
To unlock the safety lock, push the switch to the
left. The hand blender is now ready for use. To
lock the hand blender, push the switch to the
right. The hand blender can no longer be started.
4 separate LED lights indicate the speed of the
mixer. Level 1 is the lowest and level 4 is the
highest. The speed is controlled via the push
button below the LED lights.
Level 1 = 25% (1 LED lights up)
Level 2 = 50% (2 LEDs light up)
Level 3 = 75% (3 LEDs light up)
Level 4 = 100% (4 LEDs light up)
