8. To start the shredding process, first turn the switch to level 1 and increase or decrease the
speed accordingly.
9. After use, turn the container off the motor base.
10. Then remove the blade attachment from the container.
11. Be careful as the blade is sharp and there is a risk of injury.
12. Remove the processed food from the container.
NOTE CHEESE / PARMESAN / CHOCOLATE
If you want to chop hard cheese, chocolate or Parmesan with the 50 ml container, it is important
to cut the ingredients into small pieces beforehand, otherwise they could get stuck with the knife
and container. We also recommend not to use level 5 directly, but to use the smallest level 1 of
the mixer and this in a pulsed manner - until the large pieces have been chopped up. After that,
you can use the highest level 5 and grind the cheese into small pieces.
Soft cheese is not suitable for shredding in the 50 ml container, as it has the property of sticking
the knife insert, as it sticks due to its consistency.
