GEARBOX - OIL CHANGE/REFILLING

CHECK BELT TENSION REGULARLY
The belt should move 20 mm (10 mm on each side) under pressure.

Tightening nut.

Tightening bolt.

Locking nut.

Adjust belt tension

1. Loosen locking nut.

2. Turn the tightening bolt clockwise to tighten

the belt and anticlockwise to loosen the belt.

3. Tighten the locking nut after adjusting the belt.

Interval:

After one hour of operation

After five hours of operation

After every 20 hours of operation.

Thereafter, tighten the belt when required.
