Never repair hydraulics before first making sure there is no pressure in the system.
•
Never work under a suspended load.
•
Check that all nuts and bolts are tightened after maintenance and service work. Always test the
machine before starting work.
•
Turn off the tractor and move the hydraulic levers back and forth to release any pressure
that may still be in the oil hoses and pipes before starting any work on them or the hydraulic
cylinders.
•
Clean the filter in the suction pipe after 10 hours’ work.
•
Check all parts for wear and retighten bolts, nuts and screws if necessary.
•
Immediately replace hydraulic hoses if cracks or wear are detected.
•
Check that the hoses are not rubbing against sharp edges, Rectify if necessary.
•
Lubricate all nipples before and after each shift.
•
Tighten leaking connections if there are any leaks. Do not overtighten the connections.
They may break if they are overtightened
Regular maintenance is the key to long service life and safe operation. It is important
that maintenance schedule is performed and followed.
EVERY 8 HOURS OF OPERATION:
WARNING: THE TRACTOR MOTOR MUST BE TURNED OFF PRIOR TO LUBRICATING
Lubricate moving parts carefully (the arm and end of all cylinders). Inadequate lubrication can result
in unnecessary wear and mechanical damage. Use a universal lubricant.
IMPORTANT! Avoid over-lubricating. Dirt collects easily in areas with grease and causes increased
wear. After lubrication, wipe excess grease off from couplings.
EVERY 40 HOURS OF OPERATION
Check the hydraulic oil level. If the oil level is too low, check for leaks in the hydraulic
system.
IMPORTANT!
The oil level must be checked while the unit is in transport mode.
Check for wear on all pins, bushings, split pins, bolts, nuts, etc. Tighten all bolts and replace if
necessary.
DANGER!
Pressurised oil and fuel leaks can penetrate skin and cause serious injuries.
Do not use your hands to locate leaks.
Use a piece of paper or cardboard to search for leaks.
