GPIB interface clear (IFC)
line to allow at least 100ns
when the GPIB interface is the system controller by initializing the GPIB interface,
designating it as CIC, and activating the controller by setting
ATN line

ibsre
Description
This command sets or clears the
Remote Enable (REN) line
. The
Remote Enable
(REN) line
is used by devices to choose local or remote modes of operation;
ibsre
sets or clears the
REN line
. The
GPIB REN line
is enabled when the remote enable
line is set, and disabled when the remote enable line is cleared. A device cannot enter
remote mode before it receives its listen address and the
REN
is initiated.
