Turn on the instrument
Turn on the instrument by pressing the front panel POWER switch
to the ON (|) position.
Power-up sequence
When the instrument is turned on, you should see:

Five dots
 All segments of the display light

A brief display showing “KEITHLEY Model 2657A”

Other startup checks
The entire power-up process takes approximately 30 seconds to
complete. When initialization is complete, you will see the default
display screen, as shown below.
