Personal Blender™ - the speedy blender
Guarantee conditions
All parts of the Personal Blender™ are
guaranteed for 2 years. The guarantee in-
cludes material, construction and finish-
ing defects on all parts. If, despite proper
use, your Personal Blender™ develops a
fault within the period of the guarantee,
the product will either be repaired or faulty
parts will be replaced free of charge at the
discretion of the manufacturer/importer or
a new product will be delivered as a re-
placement. In this case the whole product
including all accessories and parts must
be sent back to the Personal Blender™
Service Centre (see page 2), thoroughly
cleaned and well packaged. Please note:
If individual parts or the whole machine
have not been cleaned the Service Centre
will make a charge for cleaning indepen-
dently of any guarantee cover.
It is best to keep the original packaging
in case it is required for a return. Please
always call the Service Centre before re-
turning a product. A telephone call is of-
ten sufficient to solve the problem and
avoid packaging and shipping. In any
case the Personal Blender™ Service Cen-
tre will deal with your problem as quick-
ly as possible.
If it is necessary to return your product
after all, please speak to your Personal
Blender™ Service Centre about shipping.
This will help to minimise your shipping
costs.
The guarantee does not cover:
a) Causes not traced back to processing
or manufacture of the product such as
superficial damage, accident or other
such problems.
b) Use other than as described in the in-
structions, careless handling, technical
alterations, accident.
c) Damage caused by the use of non-
original parts or repairs by unauthor-
ised agents.
We require the following informa-
tion in order to process any claim
under the guarantee:
1. Your name, address and telephone
number
2. Serial number and model number
3. Problem
4. Date of purchase
5. Retailer
6. In case of transport damage: name
of the delivery service and the parcel
number.
Important:
If you return your Person-
al Blender™, pack all parts in the original
packaging and ensure that you include all
parts. Do not forget to put your address
on the ouside of the packaging.
