Savoury soups
Cado-Cado soup
• 1/4 l of carrot juice
• 1/2 avocado
• 2 basil leaves
• 1 Tbs of powdered spirulina, Kamut
grass, barley or wheat grass
• lemon juice to taste
Puree until the desired consistency is
reached.
Chunky tomato soup
• 60 ml of water
• 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
• 4 dried tomatoes (pre-soaked in warm
water)
• 3 basil leaves
• 1 stoned date
• 1 clove garlic
• salt to taste
Puree until the desired consistency is
reached.
Creamy sweetcorn and
coriander soup
• 240 ml of milk or 120 ml of carrot
juice and 1/2 avocado
• 2/3 cup of sweetcorn, off the cob
• 2 sprigs of fresh coriander
• 2 cherry tomatoes (halved)
• salt to taste (sea salt or crystal salt)
Puree until the desired consistency is
reached.
