Forward Relay is loose in socket or failed.

One of the motor control plugs is loose or unplugged. Check the speed
control and drive motor plugs.

Q:
If there is a definite failure of the Lane Distance Sensor is it possible to use
the TACH sensor for the LDS functions?
A:
when the lane machine stops and displays the error message, you will have
the option to BYPASS SENSOR. This will allow you to get through conditioning
your lanes until you can address the problem. Once power has been removed,
you will need to press on the BYPASS SENSOR again.
