Meaning The memory type of non-volatile parameters must be adjusted
with this parameter. The parameters will not be stored if the val-
ue is "0", the device automatically changes to value "1" after the
next "power down". This value is the default value, the non-vol-
atile parameters are always stored. Value „2“ deactivates the
storing, also over the next start of the module.
