Cleaning the MIRACLEAN ® Griddle
DO NOT use ice to cool the griddle surface.
STEP 2
Clean your Miraclean
®
Griddle while warm at
approximately 300°F.
Use entire pitcher of
water - pour ½ pitcher at a
time on the surface while
brushing with the Keating
Palmetto brush. Scrub the
griddle clean with the brush,
sweeping the water into the
drain trough.
