Lighting Problems Trouble Shooting

• #2

- Defective thermostat

– With all components in “ON” position, clip a jumper wire
between the terminals on the thermostat. If the burner
ignites, replace the thermostat.

• #3

- Defective switch

– With all components in “ON” position, clip a jumper
   wire between the terminals on the switch on the side
   with the wire harness attached. If the burner ignites,
   replace the switch.

Note:

if there is continuity between

   the unused terminals on the switch, the wire harness
   could be moved to that side of the switch and could
   resolve a switch issue.
