Anchoring to the fl oor:
p. 22 - 23
1.
Find the right place to assemble the instrument. Once the installation is complete, the substrate must provide adeq
ate cushioning properties and meet the requirements of EN1176-1:2017.
2.
Place fl at anchor (I) in the desired position and mark the slots.
3.
Drill 4 holes for anchors with a depth of min. 90mm.
4.
Remove the dust from drilled holes.
5.
In drilled holes, fasten 4 rods M12x110 (H) with a chemical anchor. Anchor on the foundation strictly according to
recommendations of the chemical anchor manufacturer, with special care and with regard to assembly data such as
min. depth and diameter of drilling and binding time. The upper surface of the anchor should not protrude above the
fl oor by more than 20mm. Optionally, you can use M12 mechanical anchors (not included) to be installed in accor-
dance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The ends of the anchors and nuts protruding above the fl oor shall be
secure in such a way as to prevent injury.
6.
After binding chemical anchors in the fl oor, set the fl at anchor (I) on the anchored threated bars and screw it with 4x
Assembly Kits No. 3 (G). Threaded connections to be secured with threadlocker (F).
7.
Put instrument’s frame (B) on the ground anchor (H) and tight it with 4x Assembly Kit No. 2 (E). Threaded connec-
tions to be secured with threadlocker (F).

ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. Fix 2x Assembly Kit No. 4 (K) in corresponding holes of ground anchor pipe (J).
2. Put instrument’s frame (B) on the ground anchor assembled in step Ib-1 and tight with 4x Assembly Kit No. 2 (E). Thre-
aded connections to be secured with threadlocker (F).
3.
Find the right place to assemble the instrument. The substrate at the selected location should be fi rmly dense to ensure
a suffi
ciently strong and stable mounting of the device. Once the installation is complete, the substrate must provide
adequate cushioning properties and meet the requirements of EN1176-1:2017.
4. Dig a hole with a diameter of min. 300 mm to a depth of 850 mm. Straighten the bottom of the hole and beat the
ground. At the bottom, place and beat approx. 50mm layer of the priming.
5. Place the assembled instrument’s frame set (step Ib-2) vertically in the dug hole so that the ground level indication on
the frame covers with the planned level of the play area. Fix the position of frame i.e. with bricks or stones and make
sure that it is mounted straight.
6. Protect the above-ground parts of the frame against concrete splashes. Mix suffi
cient amount of concrete to fi ll the hole.
Strictly follow the instructions of the concrete manufacturer. Pour down the hole with concrete (the upper surface of the
concrete foundation min. 400mm below the ground surface) and then again make sure that construction is mounted
straight. These guidelines are merely recommendations - the concrete anchor should not pose a safety hazard and must
meet the requirements of EN-1176-1:2017 standards.
7. Allow concrete to bind before proceeding to step 8. Recommended time min. 10 hours.
8. Cover visible concrete with soil so that the substrate is again equal. Make sure the substrate is safe and meets the
requirements of EN 1176-1:2017.

Installation of the instrument
p. 30-32
1. Fasten Playing Set (A) to the frame of the instrument using 4x Assembly Kit no.1 (D) and 2x EPDM washers (C).
Assembling the set, it should be noted that no end of the screws stick out over the edge of “bolt cover for bolt
M6 – part 1” (item 3a) more than 3 mm.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Ia Verankerung am Fußboden:
p. 22 - 23
II
