5.7 Filter mats
Cleaning intervals
The cooling air is drawn in through two dust fi lters. Depending
on the installation site, clean the fi lter mats or, if necessary, re-
place them after approx. every 100 hours of service. To ensure
a trouble-free service of the unit, exclusively use original spare
fi lter mats.
Take the opportunity to check the heat exchangers of the air-
conditioning unit as well to see if they are dirty. (Section 2). Dirty
heat exchangers considerably reduce the capacity of the air-
conditioning unit. Vacuum-clean the heat exchangers if neces-
sary.

Take one end of the handle below the fi lter mat to pull it out.
Push the new fi lter mat over the whole length behind the edges
of the handle.

The fi lter mats are located in the lower front section. When the
front cover has been removed you have free access to them
and you can exchange them.

5.8 Canopy drive
Regular
maintenance
In order to guarantee a trouble-free operation of the canopy
drive, check and service the spring ropes each time the tubes
are replaced. For that purpose you will have to open the bed
(see Section 3.2).
