Save these User Instructions for future reference.
The bike is not intended to be used for competitions, acrobatic cycling, trick and jump cycling on
ramps, or other similar purposes that result in excessive strain on the bike.
The bike owner shall assume full responsibility for any personal injury and/or material damage if
such usage is allowed, or if the bike owner uses the bike in such manner.

USE
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Fitting the front wheel
If the bike is delivered without the front wheel fitted, it must be fitted in the front fork. Make sure the tread
on the front wheel goes in the same direction as the back wheel. Insert the front wheel in the front fork
and make sure that the front axle fits snug and symmetrically in both ends of the front fork. Tighten the
wheel with the front axle nuts. The recommended tightening torque is 25 Nm.
After fitting the front wheel, fit the front brake wire. The front brake wire is not fitted on delivery, to simplify
fitting the front wheel. Fit the front brake wire according to the instructions below.
1.
Press the brake arms together as far as possible. The brake pads must press against the rims.
2.
The metal tube at the end of the front brake's splash guard must be inserted under and into the
metal clamp on the brake arm.
3.
Release the brake arms and allow then to spring back to their initial position. Test the brakes by
pulling the left brake handle (on the handlebar) towards the handlebar.
Fitting the pedals
IMPORTANT:
Do not confuse the right and left pedals – they are threaded in separate directions. The
right pedal has right-hand thread and is marked with R at the end. Screw the right pedal clockwise into
the right crank arm. The left pedal has left-hand thread and is marked with L at the end. Screw the left
pedal anticlockwise into the left crank arm. The recommended tightening torque is 40 Nm.
Adjusting the saddle
If the saddle post and saddle are not fitted in the frame on delivery, the saddle and saddle post must be
fitted in accordance with the instructions below.
1.
Unpack the saddle and saddle post.
2.
Release the quick coupling or clamping screw on the saddle post clamp.
3.
Insert the saddle post and saddle in the saddle tube in the frame. There is a mark on the saddle
post to indicate the minimum permitted insertion. The saddle post must be inserted into the saddle
tube far enough to hide this mark.
