▶ Switch the power switch ① to "Off".
▶ Pull out the front door of the fan box ②.
Exchanging the adsorption filter
▶ Undo the snap locks ②, and open the filter flap ①.
▶ Remove the muffler element ③ and full adsorption filter ④.
▶ Insert a new adsorption filter ④.
▶ Close the filter flap ① (make sure it locks in place).

Changing the ultrafine filter
Note
The SMARTair (plus) FLEXspace may only be operated when the ultrafine filter
is inserted.
Note
The ultrafine filter must be changed every two years.
Note
The ultrafine filter also needs to be exchanged when the LED "Filter full" indi‐
cates a malfunction after the filter bag has been changed.
