5.6 Remove handpiece or contra-angle drill from handpiece

WARNING

Hazard from rotating cutter or grinder.

Lacerations and damage to the chucking system.
▶ Do not touch the cutter or grinder when it is rotating!
▶ Remove the cutter/grinder from the contra-angle handpiece after treat‐

ment to avoid injury and infection when putting it away.

▶ After the milling or grinding tool has come to a standstill, turn the

clamping ring as far as it will go and remove the milling or grinding

tool.
