After 50h / every 500h thereafter
Check screws
(5) on the lower hook (6).
Replace loose or damaged screws. Torque the screws as specified in Chapter 6.1

Grease:
Sliding pieces (9) by way of the greasing nipples (10).
Every 200h
Check wear on:
sliding pieces (9).
As necessary
Renew worn sliders (10) by removing the bolts (3) of the chain mount (4) from the
clamp body (5). Remove the nut (22) of the cylinder (23) and pull the centre frame
(24) with the slide (2) upwards out of the clamp body (5). Remove the grease nipple
(11) and bolt (18) and replace sliding piece (10). Reinstall the bolt (18) with grease
nipple (11) and place the centre frame (24) and slide (2) into the clamp body (5) from
the top. Connect the nut (22) with the cylinder (23) and secure the chain mount (4)
with the bolt (3) onto the clamp body (5).
Renew worn sliding pieces (12) by removing the bolt (1). Remove the bolt (19), bush
(20), pressure spring (21), and lock nut (22) from the slide (2). Pull the slide (2)
upwards out of the centre frame (24). Remove the grease nipple (13), bolt (25) and
replace the sliding piece (12). Remove the bolt (25) with grease nipple (13) and place
the slide (2) into the centre frame (24) from the top. Connect the bolt (19), bush (20),
pressure spring (21), and lock nut (22) to the slide (2).
Ensure that the bolt (1) is mounted on the slide (2).
Replace the faulty cylinder (8) by removing the hydraulic lines from the cylinder (8)
with the hydraulic system depressurised. Remove the nut (1), loosen the lock nut (3),
and remove the nut (12). Replace the faulty cylinder (8) and install the lock nut (3),
nut (1), and nut (12). Tighten the lock nut (3) and re-install the hydraulic lines.
After installing or removing a cylinder (8), always check the clearance between the
cylinder mount and nut (1, 12) of the cylinder (8). Cylinders are installed with axial
clearance of 1.5 to 2 mm.
