7. WARRANTY
This product is covered by a ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY on the equipment and
components FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OR, IF APPLICABLE, FROM THE
REPLACEMENT DATE, excluding tires, tubes and disc brakes, for which the guarantee
SIXTY (60) DAYS. Equipment and components that are replaced or repaired under any
of the above warranties remain subject to that warranty for the remaining duration.
Kartus Chairs inc. agrees to repair or replace faults during the entire warranty period.
To benefit from the warranty service, contact Kartus Chairs Inc. or an authorized
establishment. Do not return this product without prior consent. In the event that the
service is considered unsatisfactory, send your comments to the address indicated in
this document, along with the name and address of the supplier, the delivery date and
the product serial number.
7.1 Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty shall not apply to products subjected to accidental or intentional
modifications, improper operation, neglect, improper maintenance or improper
storage. In addition, this warranty does not apply to products damaged as a result of
repairs or modifications made without the specific consent of Kartus Chairs Inc. or an
authorized establishment. The same restrictions apply in the event of damage resulting
from any other circumstance beyond the control of Kartus Chairs Inc. Finally, this
warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the parts or failure to follow the
instructions in this document.
Kartus Chairs Inc. shall not be liable for any damage that may occur during
transportation.
