GAS ODOUR
→ The gas system has a leak.*

WARNING
Risk of death caused by electric current!
● Contact with live parts poses a risk of death.
● A defect in the electrical system can cause parts to become live.
● Only operate intact electrical appliances on the electrical system and do not
exceed the max. permissible output of the electrical system.
WARNING
Fire hazard!
Using fuses with an incorrect rating can lead to damage or even a vehicle fire!

Always replace fuses with fuses that have the same rating.
● Never attempt to repair or bypass defective fuses.
WARNING
Risk of fire, explosions or asphyxiation!
There are fire, explosion and asphyxiation hazards when working with gas!
Read the “Safety instructions for handling gas appliances” in the section 6 “Gas system”.

If malfunctions or problems persist, contact your authorised dealer or authorised
specialist workshop.
Checking the gas system
Have all work on the vehicle, on the gas system and the electrical system carried out only
by an authorised specialist workshop.
