Once adjusted, tighten up the screws securely. (See Figure 5.4.9.)
Those adjustments will have to be optimized after a progressive
standing session. This will enable to avoid exaggerated pressure
on the knees and to guarantee a good alignment of the limbs.

the desired height and put the screw back .
