Operating instructions
1. Radio switching-on:
put on "RADIO" the
function switch (1). Put the "FM/AM" (3)
commutator on the wished radio reception
band: "AM" for the reception of the medium
waves in amplitude modulation; "FM" for the
reception of the stations in frequency modu-
lation.
2. Tuning and adjustment of the radio:
put
the "VOLUME" control (4) in intermediate
position and act on the "TUNING" knob (5) till
to perfectly tune the wished station which fre-
quency you can read on the frontal index
control. Adjust the volume control (4) for the
most convenient sound level. Moving hori-
zontally the apparatus you can improve the
reception or you can reduce possible inter-
ferences in case of fable or too far station.
For listening of FM station it is possible to
improve the reception by moving the wire of
the antenna (6).
3. Switching off of the radio:
putting the
commutator (1) on "OFF" the radio is off.
Putting it on "AUTO" it will be off but it will
switch automatically on at the appointed hour
of the clock-radio.
4. Adjustment of the clock:
the digital clock
function is working continuously, also if the
radio is off. To adjust the same put the com-
mutator (1) on "OFF" push the "TIME" (7)
button and the "HOUR" (8) button till to select
the right hour and "MIN" (9) button to select
the minutes on the frontal display. In case of
break of the A.C. home supply, the display
will be off, but the clock is working, of course
if you have inserted the appropriate battery.
5. Adjustment of the alarm:
to select the
wake up time, keep pressed the "ALARM
(10) button and at the same time act on the
"HOUR"(8) and "MIN" (9) till to set on the dis-
play the favourite wake up time.
Release the "ALARM " (10) button and the
dispaly will note the actual time. The lighting
up of the led "AUTO" (11) will state you that
the clock has been settled at the planned
time.
Put the switch (1) on "AUTO", in this way the
