Connecting an Endoscope and
Light Cable
The H3-Z-FI IMAGE 1 S camera heads
each have an integrated instrument coupler
and optics. To connect a telescope, turn
the outer ring of the instrument coupler
clockwise and insert the eyepiece of the
endoscope into the coupler.
Connect the light cable to the eyepiece of
the endoscope by tightening the knurled
screw on the light cable through a quarter
turn. Refer to the light cable instruction card
for handling and reprocessing instructions
for the light cable.
Adjusting focus
The focus can be adjusted by turning the
focusing ring on the camera lens.
Adjusting image size
The image size can be adjusted by turning
the zoom ring.
Operating the user control buttons
1. Scroll Up: Scrolls up the menus,
options, etc. Can also be assigned a
programmable function feature.
2. Menu/Select: Access the menu. Once
the menu is displayed, this button can
be used to select the highlighted
option. Hold this button down for seven
seconds to call up the “Options” menu.
3. Scroll Down: Scrolls down the menus,
options, etc. Can also be assigned a
programmable function feature.
