8. In The Event That The User Calls An Extension While There Is
A Line On Hold
The status of the user is brought to view by one of the corresponding messages and
the user is inquired for “Retrieve? + line number on hold” and “Transfer? + line number
on hold” options.
9. In The Event That The User Makes An Internal Conversation
While There Is An Extension/Line On Hold
While the conversation status is brought to view, as well as the number with which the
conversation is being made, the user is inquired for the “Hold?” and “Call Back?”
options.
NOTE:

As one proceeds by the navigation keys, “Park” and “Auto-dial” menus will appear.
10. Other Messages:
In case the user takes an erroneous action during a conversation, the
notification *Error* begins to blink in the second line of the screen and date and time
information is displayed at the top of the screen. In addition to that, the message
“Clear” appears at the lower left corner. One can go back to the Ready by the “Clear”
option.
