Cleaning, Disinfecting, Preserving and Frost Protection Function (Cleaning In Place, CIP)
For cleaning, disinfecting, preserving and protecting against frost the
system is respectively built into a cleaning tank (19/1) in the RO mod-
ule. It is secured to the holder (19/5) by a fixation strap.
The three valve levers (19/3) serve for filling and emptying the con-
tainer, as well as for activating the cleaning, disinfecting, preservation
and anti-freeze procedure, respectively.
For disinfection and the frost protection/preserving combination, the
drinking water and industrial water outlets are conducted back into
the cleaning tank. This is done with use of the respective hoses as re-
turn flow lines to the two couplings (19/2).
WARNING
Do not fill chlorinated water into the tank, as it
could damage the membranes.
At the far left on the valve lever panel the connection (19/4) is used for
emptying the container.
