 Press the unlocking button towards the outside and
remove the roller brush.
 Cleaning the brush roller
 Wound up hair can be removed by moving a knife
or a pair of scissors along the cutting edge.
or
 Replace the roller brush.
 Insert the cleaned or new brush roller and ensure
that it sits properly.
Reduced suction performance can be caused by:
Floor nozzle blockage.
 Remove blocking.
Brush roller is blocked
 Check the brush roller for obstructing objects and
remove them if necessary.
Brush roller is too dirty
 Cleaning the brush roller
Roller brush damaged or worn out.
 Remove brush roller, install new one.
Filter is dirty.
 Clean filter.
Battery nearly empty.
 Charge the battery.
