remove the roller brush.
Cleaning the brush roller
Wound up hair can be removed by moving a knife
or a pair of scissors along the cutting edge.

Replace the roller brush.
Insert the cleaned or new brush roller and ensure
that it sits properly.
Reduced suction performance can be caused by:
Floor nozzle blockage.
Remove blocking.
Brush roller is blocked
Check the brush roller for obstructing objects and
remove them if necessary.
Brush roller is too dirty
Cleaning the brush roller
Roller brush damaged or worn out.
Remove brush roller, install new one.
Filter is dirty.
Clean filter.
Battery nearly empty.
Charge the battery.
