8. Remedying faults
You can remedy any faults yourself as follows.
If these tips are of no help to you, please consult your nearest Kärcher service center.
Warranty
The warranty conditions provided by our responsible Kärcher company apply in every country. We
will remedy faults on your Kärcher unit free of charge within the warranty period and within the
framework of these conditions if the cause of the fault is a material or manufacturing defect.
The Kärcher guarantes only takes effect if your dealer fills in the enclosed reply coupon in full when
you make youe purchase, including his stamp and signature, and if you then send this coupon to the
Kärcher company in your country.
To claim on the warranty, please contact your dealer or the nearest Kärcher branch. Please always
send in the unit with its accessories and receipt/invoice.
