1.3.3 Removing the 2-brush sweeping system
●
Removal of the sweeping system is described using the
optionally available changing carriage.

1. Stop the vehicle on level, solid ground and secure it
against rolling away.
2. Use a lift truck to move the changing carriage into posi-
tion under the vehicle.
3. Insert the side brushes individually into the side brush
holder and lower them into the correct position.
4. Depressurise the front hydraulic system. See chapter
“Depressurizing the hydraulic system”.
5. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses, water connections and
power supply and stow them in the holder on the chang-
ing carriage.
6. Loosen the suction hose at the suction mouth (hose
clip).
7. Loosen the carrier connection between the vehicle and
the suction mouth (left / right).
8. Open the locks (left and right). See chapter “Opening /
closing the lock”.
9. Extend the changing carriage together with the 2-brush
system (without suction mouth).
10.Raise and secure the waste container.

11.Release the retainer at the holder.
12.Disconnect both water connections.
13.Pull the holder with the attached suction hose upwards
and out.
14.Pull the suction mouth out from under the vehicle.
15.Store the sweeping system safely in a dry place.
1.3.4 Attaching the 2-brush sweeping system

Attachment of the sweeping system is described using
the optionally available changing carriage. The corre-
sponding > Sweep < program must be selected on the
display.

The sweeping system is attached to the vehicle in the re-
verse order to removal, which is why the pictorial rep-
resentation is partially omitted here.
16.Stop the vehicle on level, solid ground and secure it
against rolling away.
17.Select the appropriate > Sweep < program on the dis-
play.

18.Position the suction mouth under the vehicle.
