To prevent injuries to people and damage to property, a pressure regulation valve and a safety valve must
be installed to stop the pressure from accidentally exceeding the working value. For the selection of these
valves consult our engineering department.
To keep the pressure in the system under control, we recommend
installing a pressure gauge on the delivery line with a suitable full-scale pressure.

Before starting the pump up
, check the oil level. We recommend changing the oil for the first time within the
first 50 hours of operation and then every 500 hours. This frequency must be increased if the pump is used in
heavy-duty conditions. The type of oil used in our pumps is SAE 10W/40.
Replace the oil plug
used for shipment with the vent plug supplied with the pump.
All the safety rules described in
Chapter 3
must be adhered to at all times.
Failure to comply with these operating conditions causes the warranty to be voided.
